I needed to go back to Hollywood to make it as a writer. To support myself, I read scripts for production companies and worked as a freelance reporter for magazines including Entertainment Weekly and Rolling Stone. Two years later, I obtained an MFA in screenwriting from the American Film Institute.
Frank Spotnitz is an award-winning American writer and producer of TV series, such as The X-Files, The Man in the High Castle and Leonardo. He is also the founder and CEO of Big Light Productions, a London-based company that produces international drama, comedy and documentaries.
