Isabela Jagellón (en húngaro: Jagelló Izabella, polaco: Izabela Jagiellonka; Cracovia, 18 de enero de 1519- Gyulafehérvár, 15 de septiembre de 1559) fue esposa del rey Juan I de Hungría, por consiguiente reina consorte de Hungría (1539-1540), y luego regente del Principado de Transilvania (1540-1550; 1556-1559).
