Valentiniano III (em latim: Flavius Placidus Valentinianus Augustus; Ravena, 02 de julho de 419 - Roma, 16 de março de 455) foi imperador romano do Ocidente de 425 a 455. Permaneceu na dependência de seu primo, o imperador Teodósio II (r. 408–450).

Placidus Valentinianus, later the emperor Valentinian III, was born in 419, the son of the emperor Honorius' sister Galla Placidia and the patrician, later emperor, Constantius. He was the brother of Justa Grata Honoria .
