Eberhard Godt (15 August 1900 – 13 September 1995) was a German naval officer who served in both World War I and World War II, eventually rising to command the Kriegsmarine ' s U-boat operations.

Eberhard Godt began his naval career in the Kaiserliche Marine in the last year of WWI. After the ceasefire in November 1918 he left the Navy, rejoining the newly-renamed Reichsmarine in March 1920. His first years as an officer were mostly spent on the torpedo boats G-10 and T-155.
