Isabella Eugénie Boyer (17 December 1841 – 12 May 1904) was a French-American model and heiress. Biography. She was born in Paris to Louis Noël Boyer, an African-born French confectioner, and his English-born wife Pamela Lockwood (aka Pamilla).
