Ferrante II Gonzaga (em italiano: Ferrante II ou Ferdinando II Gonzaga; 1563 – 5 de agosto de 1630), foi um nobre italiano, Conde e depois Duque de Guastalla e Príncipe de Molfetta, pertencente ao ramo dito de Guastalla, da Casa de Gonzaga.
In 1624 Emperor Ferdinand II appointed Ferrante as general commissar in Italy to reinforce imperial authority. Ferrante played a part in the War of the Mantuan Succession when, as a distant Gonzaga cousin, he claimed the Duchy of Mantua after the extinction of the senior male branch of the House of Gonzaga in December 1627.

They descended from Ferrante, a younger son of Duke Francesco II of Mantua (1484–1519). Ferrante's grandson, Ferrante II, also played a role in the War of the Mantuan Succession. A further cadet branch was that of Sabbioneta, founded by Gianfrancesco, son of Ludovico III.
