Rogers Clark Ballard Morton (September 19, 1914 – April 19, 1979) was an American politician who served as the U.S. Secretary of the Interior and Secretary of Commerce during the administrations of presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, respectively.

Rogers Morton was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on September 19, 1914, and received a B.A. from Yale University in 1937. Morton served in the U.S. Army in World War II, eventually becoming a captain. He worked at Ballard and Ballard Company (1939-1951), serving as president from 1947 to 1951.
