Barbara Pierce Bush is an American activist and the daughter of former president George W. Bush. She co-founded Global Health Corps, worked on AIDS issues in Africa, and endorsed same-sex marriage.
Barbara Bush (née Pierce; June 8, 1925 – April 17, 2018) was the first lady of the United States from 1989 to 1993, as the wife of the 41st president of the United States, George H. W. Bush.
