Winifred Selina Hardinge, Baroness Hardinge of Penshurst, CI ( née Sturt; 17 March 1868 – 11 July 1914) was a British aristocrat, courtier and Vicereine of India. [1] Lord and Lady Hardinge.
Winifred Selina Sturt, Baroness Hardinge of Penshurst, CI (17 March 1868 – 11 June 1914) was a British courtier and Vicereine of India.
Hardinge and his wife Winifred during his term as Viceroy of India, ca. 1910–1916. His tenure was a memorable one and included the visit of King George V and the Delhi Durbar of 1911, as well as the move of the capital from Calcutta to New Delhi in 1911.

She was the daughter of Henry Gerard Sturt, a racehorse owner and friend of King Edward VII.
