Constantin Fehrenbach, sometimes erroneously Konstantin Fehrenbach, (11 January 1852 – 26 March 1926), was a German politician who was one of the major leaders of the Catholic Centre Party. He served as president of the Reichstag in 1918 and then as president of the Weimar National Assembly from 1919 to 1920.

Constantin Fehrenbach war ein deutscher Politiker. Er war vom 25. Juni 1920 bis zum 4. Mai 1921 Reichskanzler der Weimarer Republik. Fehrenbach war von 1903 bis zu seinem Tod Mitglied des Reichstages, von Juni bis November 1918 dessen Präsident sowie von Februar 1919 bis Juni 1920 Präsident der Weimarer Nationalversammlung.
Konstantin Fehrenbach was a German statesman who was chancellor of the Weimar Republic (1920–21). A noted criminal lawyer, Fehrenbach was elected to the Baden Landtag (provincial diet) in 1885 as a member of the Catholic Centre Party, but differences with the party leadership obliged him to resign.
