John Palmer, 4th Earl of Selborne (grandson) Roundell Cecil Palmer, 3rd Earl of Selborne, CH, PC (15 April 1887 – 3 September 1971), known as "Top Wolmer" and styled Viscount Wolmer from 1895 to 1941, was a British administrator, intelligence officer and Conservative politician.

Roundell Cecil Palmer, 3rd Earl of Selborne, CH, PC, known as "Top Wolmer" and styled Viscount Wolmer from 1895 to 1941, was a British administrator, intelligence officer and Conservative politician.
Roundell Cecil Palmer, 3rd Earl of Selborne (1887-1971) was educated at Winchester and University College, Oxford. Until 1941 he was known as Viscount Wolmer. In November 1910, at the comparatively early age of 23, he entered Parliament as the Conservative M.P. for Newton, Lancashire.

Roundell Palmer, 1st Earl of Selborne, PC, FRS (27 November 1812 – 4 May 1895) was an English lawyer and politician. He served twice as Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain.
