Jessica Darrow (born January 7, 1995) is a Cuban-American actress and singer [1] best known for voicing the character Luisa Madrigal in Disney 's Encanto and for playing Mikki Easton in Fifteen-Love. [2] Early life. Darrow was born in Miami, Florida. She is of Cuban descent.
Jess Darrow is known for voicing Luisa in Encanto (2021) and playing Isabella in Blue Bloods. She also appeared in Feast of the Seven Fishes, Monster High, and Grand Theft Auto V.
