The Wannabes delivers in terms of silly laughs and crude humour, accomplishing what it sets out to do as a comedy film. The characterisations are outrageous enough to elicit plenty of laughter. For example, Hammer is a white, metro-sexual, womanising wannabe gangster rapper.
