Lincoln and the Louds are ecstatic to welcome their new Gran-Gran, Myrtle, into the family with a tropical wedding celebration; but the festivities are cut short when an old nemesis from Myrtle's secret agent past appears on the island.

On April 26, 2024, Nickelodeon released a teaser promo for the film. That same day, Miguel Puga revealed that Kyle Marshall is tied to the production of the film.
On May 2, 2024, it was announced that the film would premiere in the summer of 2024 on Paramount+ in the US, and that it would premiere internationally on June 23, 2024 on Nickelodeon CEE.
Background information
•This is the first animated film in the franchise to be distributed via Paramount+, rather than Netflix. •It is also the first made-for-streaming Loud House film to air on television, as it will make its debut on Nickelodeon CEE in Europe. •This film began production two months after The Casagrandes Movie began its production. •Sawyer Cole, Lincoln's current voice actor, confirmed in an Instagram story that Bentley Griffin would be voicing Lincoln in this film. This suggests that this film was produced during the production of Season 6 and/or Season 7, which Bentley Griffin was most prominent in. •Thus, this is also the last piece of Loud House media where Bentley Griffin voices Lincoln.
General trivia
•This marks the first film in the franchise to feature Myrtle, and the first animated film to feature Albert. •This film takes place after the Season 6 episode "Pop Pop the Question", as this film is about Albert and Myrtle getting married after proposing to each other in the aforementioned episode.
•No Time to Spy - The title of this film is a pun of the 2021 James Bond film, No Time to Die.
