Another Actor Joins The Cast
With a firm release date on the horizon and time ticking by quickly, the latest news seesanother actor join the cast of Jurassic World 4. Perhaps best known for his turn as the evil Grand Inquisitor in the Star Wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi, actor Rupert Friend has been cast in a leading role in the next Jurassic Park film. Nothing is known about Friend's role, and he joins a burgeoning list of stars that also includes Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo.
The New Jurassic Era Begins Sooner Than Expected
Only a few weeks after the ambitious new project was announced, Universal provided a planned release date for Jurassic World 4 that suggests the film is moving quickly. The "new Jurassic era" is slated to begin on July 2nd, 2025, just a little over a year and a half after it was revealed.
