Myrna Pérez (born 1974) is an American lawyer serving as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She was previously the director of voting rights at the Brennan Center for Justice.

Myrna Pérez was sworn in as a United States Circuit Court Judge for the Second Circuit in November 2021. From 2006 until her appointment, Judge Pérez served in various roles at the Brennan Center for Justice at the New York University (NYU) School of Law, most recently as the Director of their Voting Rights and Elections Program.
Myrna Pérez was the director of the Brennan Center’s Voting Rights and Elections Program, leading the program’s research, advocacy, and litigation work nationwide until she was appointed by President Biden to serve as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
