Democratic. Education. Columbia University ( AB) Harvard University ( JD) Victor Allen Bolden (born May 6, 1965) is a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and former corporation counsel for the City of New Haven, Connecticut.
For certain long cases, Judge Bolden may have longer trial days ( i.e., 9:00 to 5:00) four days a week. Time Limitations for Trial. Judge Bolden typically does not impose time limitations. He works with the attorneys to develop a reasonable estimate for the time required for a trial and schedules the trial accordingly.

A native of New York, New York, Bolden earned his A.B. from Columbia University in 1986 and his J.D.from Harvard Law School in 1989.
