Florence Yu Pan (born November 16, 1966) is an American lawyer who serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Judge Florence Y. Pan was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on September 28, 2022. Judge Pan received two undergraduate degrees, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania; and her law degree, with distinction, from Stanford Law School.
