Fabien Pelous (born 7 December 1973) is a retired French rugby union player. A lock who also occasionally played as a number eight and flanker, he played the bulk of his professional career for Stade Toulousain, and is the all-time leader in appearances for the France national team.
Fabien Pelous, né le 7 décembre 1973 à Toulouse, est un joueur international français de rugby à XV, évoluant au poste de deuxième ligne. Formé à l'UA Saverdun en Ariège, il joue au Stade toulousain de 1997 à 2009, après des débuts avec le SC Graulhet et deux saisons à l'US Dax.
