Teddy Tamgho (born 15 June 1989) is a French triple jumper and long jumper. He specialises in the triple jump. He is the former triple jump world indoor record holder, achieved in winning the final and gold medal at the 2011 European Indoor Championships.
Teddy Tamgho, né le 15 juin 1989 à Paris, est un athlète français, spécialiste du triple saut. Entre le 6 mars 2011 et le 16 janvier 2021, il détient le record du monde en salle du triple saut avec la marque de 17,92 m, réalisée à Paris-Bercy lors des championnats d'Europe en salle.

20 de fev. de 2011 · Teddy Tamgho broke his own World indoor record* in the Triple Jump on Sunday (20) to highlight the French national indoor championships in Aubiere. The 21-year-old Frenchman leaped 17.91m on his fourth attempt, to add one centimetre to the record he set when winning the World indoor title in Doha, Qatar, in March 2010.

At 21, he is already the third best triple jumper of all time, after jumping 17.98 metres in June, which followed his gold medal in the World Indoor Championships in Doha in March. He was also the triple jump winner of the 2010 Diamond League and won the bronze medal in the European Championships in Barcelona.
