Paul Andrew Schneider (born March 16, 1976) is an American actor. He is best known for his portrayal of Mark Brendanawicz on the first two seasons of the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation and Dick Liddil in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.

Biografia. Paul Andrew Schneider nasceu e cresceu na cidade de Asheville, no estado da Carolina do Norte, EUA. Após frequentar a Asheville High School, se formou na Escola de Artes da Universidade da Carolina do Norte. Estreou como ator nos curtas Pleasant Grove (1997) e Physical Pinball (1998), ambos produzidos por colegas da faculdade.
