Juhan Ulfsak (sündinud 18. aprillil 1973) on eesti näitleja ja lavastaja. Eluloolist. Juhan Ulfsak õppis aastatel 1979–1991 Tallinna 10. Keskkoolis ning lõpetas 1991. aastal Tallinna 1. Õhtukeskkooli. 1995. aastal lõpetas ta näitejuhi ja teatritöö korraldaja erialal Viljandi Kultuurikolledži.
