Rebecca Maria Hall (born 3 May 1982) is an English actress and director. She made her first onscreen appearance at age 10 in the 1992 television adaptation of The Camomile Lawn, directed by her father, Sir Peter Hall.
Rebecca Hall (@rebeccahall) delved deeper into her family's history after discovering her mother's biracial identity had been erased. After being gifted the book "Passing," by Nella Larsen, she learned about the complexities of "white passing" in society. In 2021, Rebecca wrote and directed the film adaptation of the novel.
