Winstead Sheffield "Doodles" Weaver (May 11, 1911 – January 16, 1983) was an American character actor, comedian, and musician. Born into a wealthy West Coast family, Weaver began his career in radio.
Doodles Weaver (1912-1983) was an American actor, comedian and prankster who appeared in films, TV shows and radio programs. He was known for his manic comic sports narrations, his horse and auto-race routines, and his role as Fisherman Helping with Rental Boat in The Birds.

Actor: The Birds. Well-remembered at Stanford for his many pranks and practical jokes. Was an occasional guest on Rudy Vallee radio program and Kraft Music Hall in the late 1930s and early 40s. Performed in clubs nationwide.
