Welcome to the ACSS website! Aldergrove Community Secondary School is the second oldest high school in the Langley School District. In 2018, we celebrated our 60th anniversary and we’re very proud of our rich heritage and history and our unique and long-lasting ties to our First Nations community.
ACSS is a comprehensive school situated in a rural community, serving the catchment area elementary schools of Parkside Centennial and Shortreed, as well as our catchment middle school, Betty Gilbert.

It is the second oldest high school in the Langley School District, first opening its doors as Aldergrove High School in 1958.
The school is now known as Aldergrove Community Secondary School. The present administration (2004) has Charlie Fox as principal, and Frank Roberto and Edna Schuerhaus as vice principals. The school population in 2004 is 1009 plus 39 International students.

Grade 11 and 12 courses are together, as the programming that students choose for Grade 11 and 12 is often concurrent, as students work to complete different requirements not only for graduation, but for post-secondary pathways also.
