Annales de la Faculte de Droit d’Istanbul has been an open access, peer-reviewed, scholarly journal published by İstanbul University, Faculty of Law. since 1951. As of the year 2023, it has started to be published two times a year, these publication months being March and September.
BILGI Faculty of Law works towards providing law students with the ability to operate in an international legal environment as it considers this global outlook to be one of its core responsibilities in legal education.
Istanbul Law Review publishes articles, judicial reviews, legislation analysis’, publication criticism, translations which involves in law and law related subjects, and are based on genuine theoretical and practical academic research and suitable for national and international scale.
In 1924, the faculties of law, medicine, arts and sciences were established in Istanbul University (İstanbul Darülfünûnu), as the university was now called. [16] Islamic theology was added in 1925, but in 1933 the university was reorganized without the latter. [16]
