Luís I, dito o Grande (em húngaro: Nagy Lajos; Visegrád, 5 de março de 1326 — Trnava, 10 de setembro de 1382) foi rei da Hungria e da Croácia a partir de 1342 e Rei da Polônia a partir de 1370. Ele foi o primeiro filho de Carlos I da Hungria e sua esposa, Isabel da Polônia, a sobreviver à infância.

At his premature birth in Buda on 1 July 1506, the court doctors kept him alive by slaying animals and wrapping him in their warm carcasses as a primitive incubator. He was the only son of Vladislaus II Jagiellon and his third wife, Anne of Foix-Candale.
