Samuel Lloyd Osbourne (April 7, 1868 – May 22, 1947) was an American author and the stepson of the Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson, with whom he co-authored three books, including The Wrecker.
Lloyd Osbourne (1868-1947) was the son of Fanny and Samuel Osbourne, and the stepson of Robert Louis Stevenson. He traveled with the family to Europe and the South Seas, where he helped Louis with his stories and became a writer and diplomat.
