Eduardo de Góes "Edu" Lobo (born August 29, 1943) is a Brazilian singer, guitarist, and composer. [1] Edu Lobo, 1963. In the 1960s he was part of the bossa nova movement. [1] [2]
From the Hot Afternoon is an album by American jazz saxophonist Paul Desmond featuring performances recorded in 1969 and released on the CTI label.
guitars of Dorio Ferreira and Edu Lobo provide an ideal cushion for Desmond’s sly yet warm sound. Several of Lobo’s compositions are featured on the album, notably “Crystal Illusions”, as are works by another emerging master of the era, a teenaged newcomer named Milton Nascimento.
