    Iain Wallace Harvie (born 19 May 1962 [1] in Glasgow, Scotland) [2] is the guitarist with the Scottish rock band Del Amitri. [2] Along with lead singer and bassist Justin Currie, Harvie is one of only two members to be present throughout Del Amitri's history since its 1982 inception.

  2. The second founding member of Del Amitri (along with Justin Currie), Iain plays very wide range of musical instruments, including the mandolin, the dobro, and the steel guitar. He studied architechture at the Glasgow School of Arts before taking on a full-time stint with Del Amitri.

  3. Del Amitri’s third album, 1992’s ‘Change Everything’ has been reissued on high quality 180g vinyl. The album, originally released on A&M Records, reached No 2 in the UK charts and spawned four Top 30 singles.
