Zhou Enlai (chinês: 周恩来, pinyin: Zhōu Ēn lái; por vezes escrito Xu Enlai, Zhou Enlai ou ainda Tcheu Ngen-Lai; 5 de março de 1898 – 8 de janeiro de 1976) foi o primeiro primeiro-ministro da China, atuando como chefe de governo entre outubro de 1949 e janeiro de 1976, quando veio a falecer.
