The Gebre-Mariam French-Ethiopian High School, commonly known as, Lycée Guébré-Mariam (LGM) (Amharic: ገብረ ማርያም ትምህርት ቤት) is a French international school in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It was established in 1947 and in the same year had integrated the Mission laïque française.
Depuis sa création en 1947, le lycée Guebre-Mariam a accueilli des milliers d’élèves de toutes nationalités, aujourd’hui installés partout dans le monde et qui forment une communauté d’anciens parfois très active.
Lycée Guébré Mariam (LGM) Founded in 1948 by the French Secular Mission (MLF), the LGM is an institution certified by the French Ministry of Education from the first year of nursery school to the final year of high school (ES, L and S), and approved by the AEFE (Agency for French Education Abroad).

24 de mai. de 2023 · Opened in 1948 at the request of Emperor Haile Selassie, himself a French speaker, Gébré-Mariam High School straddles four hectares on Churchill Avenue, the Champs-Elysées of Addis Ababa.
