Established in 1947, the Secondary School for Design and Photography, Ljubljana runs three educational programmes: Design (graphic design, industrial design and fashion design), Photography, and the Art Grammar School (comprising a classic grammar school syllabus with additional visual arts subjects on architecture, art history, etc).

Eva Mazi completed her secondary school education within the Fashion Design Department of the School for Design and Photography in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In 2006 she graduated from the Industrial Design Department of the Academy of Fine Art and Design in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
