A group of Japanese judo experts free a nuclear scientist from a Chinese prison camp and bring him to Hong Kong. His contact, Agent Z51, is murdered and top Agent Z55 is recruited to bring back the scientist and avenge his fellow agent’s murder. British colonial Hong Kong is really one of the stars of this film.
