Nessa Maria Vereker Childers (born 9 October 1956) is an Irish former independent politician who served as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from 2009 to 2019.
Nessa Maria Vereker Childers (Castleknock, Dublin, 9 de outubro de 1956) é uma política irlandesa. Foi deputada ao Parlamento Europeu entre 2009 e 2019. A daughter of former President Hamilton Erskine Childers and grand-daughter of Robert Erskine Childers, who was executed during the Irish Civil war, she is a psychotherapist by profession. She notes that her move into politics was influenced by her father who was “very keen on the EU project at a time when not everybody necessarily was.”

Nessa Childers is an Irish Labour Party politician and Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the Ireland East constituency. Previously Nessa was a councillor for the Blackrock area of South Dublin 2004–2008.
