Septimus Edward Norris (March 10, 1911 – December 18, 2002) was an American film actor.
Edward Norris (1911-2002) was a veteran of over 70 feature films, including many classics and B movies. He starred in Decoy (1946), They Won't Forget (1937), and Boys Town (1938), among others.

During the course of his 12-year span on television he made two guest appearances on Perry Mason: "The Case of the Fiery Fingers" and "The Case of the Tarnished Trademark".
