April Jeanette "AJ" Brooks [1] [2] (nascida Mendez, Union City, 19 de março de 1987), é uma ex-lutadora de luta livre profissional estadunidense. É mais conhecida por seu trabalho na WWE, sob o nome de ringue AJ Lee.
She is best known for her time in WWE under the ring name AJ Lee. Mendez began her professional wrestling career in 2007 in New Jersey's independent circuit. She signed with WWE in 2009 and spent two years in its developmental branch, Florida Championship Wrestling, before her promotion to the main roster.
This bold New Jersey native first introduced herself to the WWE Universe on the third season of WWE NXT. She finished in third place but won many WWE fans with her lucha-inspired moveset and indomitable fighting spirit.
