Young's music doesn't particularly lend itself to vinyl -- it's more suited to the low noise-floor and crystalline clarity of digital carriers -- but this pressing is quiet and well-centered, delivering the music without a lot of noise or wobble.

28 de set. de 2012 · A mythical work, the Dream House is a sound and light installation created by La Monte Young, inventor of the concept of eternal music. The music moves the hanging mobiles, created by Marian Zazeela, in a barely perceptible way.
"La Monte Young's magnum opus, The Well-Tuned Piano is a solo improvised work that he performed live in public over 65 times between 1974 and 1987 in the Marian Zazeela light environment. Conceived in 1964, this work continued absorbing, evolving and expanding for over two decades until it flourished to its full structure in the '80s.
