Campaspe (/ k æ m ˈ p æ s p iː /; Greek: Καμπάσπη, Kampaspē), or Pancaste (/ p æ ŋ ˈ k æ s t iː /; Greek: Πανκάστη, Pankastē; also Pakate), was a supposed mistress of Alexander the Great and a prominent citizen of Larissa in Thessaly.
