Welcome to Lockers Park. We’re proud of our pupils’ academic success and the abundant opportunities they enjoy. Nestled in 23 acres of Hertfordshire woodland in Boxmoor, we welcome boys aged 4 to 13 years from St Albans, Harpenden, Berkhamsted, Tring and the surrounding villages.
Lockers Park School is a day and boarding preparatory and pre-preparatory school for boys, situated in 23 acres of countryside in Boxmoor, Hertfordshire. Its headmaster is Gavin Taylor.
The Lockers Park Prep School offers a fully-rounded boys’ education that sees pupils move on to the country’s leading senior schools. We aim for high academic standards, exceptional pastoral care and give our boys abundant beyond the classroom activities.

Fees. Our unique prep school wraparound care and Little Lockers (pre-prep) wraparound care offer fantastic value; the below is included in our tuition fees, at no additional cost. Prep school: 7.30am – 7.30pm. This includes supper, prep at school and early evening activities.
The Open Morning is a good time to get an overview of the school, where you will meet our pupils, see our classes in action, and speak with our Headmaster and teachers. The personal tour is a dedicated time to discuss your son and family with our Headmaster.
