George Neville, or Nevill, 4th and de jure 2nd Baron Bergavenny (c.1440 – 20 September 1492) was an English nobleman.

George Nevill, 5th Baron Bergavenny KG, PC (c.1469 – 1535), the family name often written Neville, was an English nobleman and courtier who held the office of Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports.
George Neville, Knt., Lord Bergavenny, was the second but first surviving son of Edward Neville, Knt., by his first marriage to Elizabeth Beauchamp. George was born at Raby Castle, Durham and baptized at Staindrop, Durham about 1440 (aged 36 and more in 1476).

George Nevill, 4th Baron Bergavenny (2nd Baron of the 2nd creation) (1440–1492) George Nevill, 5th Baron Bergavenny (3rd Baron of the 2nd creation) (died 1535); during his lifetime, Henry VIII 's Laws in Wales Acts extinguished his Marcher Lordship of Abergavenny, merging it into the new county of Monmouthshire.
It was possibly in response to this that Abergavenny commenced an action in chancery in December. He protested at the efforts of the dowager and of Henry Pinkney and John Prosser, two creditors of the former baron, to burden him with his brother’s unpaid debts.
