Neville Stephen Bulwer-Lytton, 3rd Earl of Lytton OBE (6 February 1879 – 9 February 1951) was a British military officer, Olympian and artist.
Neville Lytton (Calcutá, 6 de fevereiro de 1879 — desc., 9 de fevereiro de 1951) foi um atleta britânico que competiu em provas de jeu de paume. Neto do famoso romancista Edward Bulwer-Lytton, nasceu na Índia e foi educado em Paris, na França.

Neville Lytton was the grandson of the famed novelist, Edward Bulwer-Lytton. Born in India, he was educated at Eton and the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. In World War I, Lytton served as an officer on the Western Front and fought at both the Somme and Amiens.

Neville Lytton, the third Earl of Lytton, trained as an artist in Paris. At the outbreak of war, he volunteered to fight for the Royal Sussex Regiment, taking men from his estates to fight alongside him. By the end of the war, Lytton was the head of war correspondents.
