Toby Lightman is an American singer-songwriter best known for her songs "My Sweet Song", "Holding a Heart", and "Devils and Angles". Her first album, Little Things, was released in 2004 on Lava/Atlantic. Her second album, Bird on a Wire was released in 2006.

Early 2004 found Lightman on the road, hitting radio stations and small clubs (including opening slots for Howie Day) in preparation for the March release of Little Things. A year later, Lightman released two singles, Connect Set and Real Love.

Toby Lightman (born 1978) is an American singer-songwriter. Her first album, Little Things, was released in 2004 on Lava/Atlantic. Her second album, Bird on a Wire was released in 2006.
Classically trained on the violin since the age of 6, and self-taught on the guitar, Toby Lightman was unaware of her vocal talent until her high school graduation, when she performed her first solo. This would be Lightman's first public performance as a singer.
