Musa'id bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (Arabic: مساعد بن عبد العزيز آل سعود; 26 June 1923 – 19 August 2013) was the twelfth son of King Abdulaziz, the founder of Saudi Arabia. He was a businessman and the father of Faisal bin Musaid, the assassin of his half-brother King Faisal.
His father was Prince Musa'id bin Abdulaziz, son of the founder of Saudi Arabia and half-brother to all the six Saudi kings, including King Faisal, who have succeeded the founder. Abdulaziz also had to contend with the descendants of his late uncle Saud ibn Faisal (later known as the "Saud Al Kabir" branch of the family), pretenders to the throne. Though for a time acknowledging the sovereignty of the Ottoman Sultans and even taking the title of pasha , Abdulaziz allied himself to the British, in opposition to the Ottoman-backed Al Rashidis.

On 25 March 1975, King Faisal was shot twice in the head in a point-blank by his nephew, Faisal bin Musaid, the son of his half-brother, Musa'id bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He was quickly taken to Central Hospital in Riyadh as doctors massaged his heart and gave him a blood transfusion but failed. He died shortly afterwards.
