Niggaz on tha Run (N.O.T.R.) was a 1990s Gangsta rap group from Compton, California. They were formed by MC Eiht and mainly featured his long-time friends and members of Compton's Most Wanted, DJ Slip, Tha Chill and Boom Bam. [1]

N.O.T.R. (Niggaz On Tha Run) was a gangsta rap duo from Compton, CA made up Boom Bam and former CMW member Tha Chill. They were set to release an album titled "Anybody Killa" on MC Ehit's newly formed EihtHype record label, distributed by Big Beat/Atlantic.
However, MC Eiht mentions the fellow group members by name-dropping Boom Bam, Tha Chill, Lil Hawk & Bird, and Niggaz on tha Run throughout the album. The rapper insults DJ Quik on the track "Def Wish III" due to their then-ongoing feud .
8 de mar. de 2020 · What ever became of Niggaz on tha Run? Despite having secured a recording contract with Big Beat, no album ever materialized… Niggaz on tha Run was me and Chill’s group. It never materialized due to GREED. PERIOD! DJ Slip wasn’t compensated properly, so he refused to deliver the album to Big Beat so they shelved it.
