Magnificent collection of three albums of Fred Neil. The Fred Neil album is glorious, no need to repeat such a statement but we are talking about a real desert island masterpiece. The unreleased songs are awesome too.

Moody, bluesy, and melodic, Fred Neil was one of the most compelling folk-rockers to emerge from Greenwich Village in the mid-'60s. His albums showcased his extraordinarily low, rich voice on intensely personal and reflective compositions, sounding like a cross between Tim Buckley and Tim Hardin.

Fred Neil is the second album from Fred Neil, a pioneer folk rock musician, recorded and released in 1966. The album has a more laid-back sound than his debut, and contains his best-known songs; "Everybody's Talkin'" and "The Dolphins".
