Imperial Tula Arms Plant (Russian: Императорский Тульский оружейный завод, romanized: Imperatorskiy Tulsky Oruzheiny Zavod) is a Russian weapons manufacturer founded by Tsar Peter I of Russia in 1712 in Tula, Tula Oblast as Tula Arsenal.

The Factory produced over 350 million of ammunition deployed by the Russian Army during the World War I. The Ulyanovsk Cartridge Works produced every third cartridge supplied to the Red Army during the World War II. Nowadays, TulAmmo brand is well known in Russia and abroad.
