The University of Osuna (Spanish: Universidad de Osuna), officially the Colegio-Universidad de la Purísima Concepción en Osuna ("College-University of the Immaculate Conception in Osuna") was a university in Osuna, Kingdom of Seville, Spain from 1548 until 1824.

The main University headquarter is located in a majestic building belonging to the 16 th century and it is comprised of an equipment completely adapted to the rules of the more modern universities centres.
