Dorothy Percy (née Devereux), Countess of Northumberland (formerly Perrot, née Devereux; c. 1564 – 3 August 1619) was the younger daughter of Walter Devereux, 1st Earl of Essex by Lettice Knollys, and the wife of Henry Percy, 9th Earl of Northumberland.

Born in 1598 to one of the richest and most powerful families in England, Dorothy Percy had a tumultuous childhood in a family known for its opposition to the throne. Their father's imprisonment made finding suitors for Dorothy and her sister Lucy problematic, even though their finances had recently improved.
