Thomas Morrow Reavley (June 21, 1921 – December 1, 2020) was an American jurist who was a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
A great man and Tall Texan (6’4”), The Honorable Thomas Morrow Reavley died on 1 December 2020, only about seven months shy of reaching 100. The depth and breadth of his life, beginning at a young age during the Great Depression, are remarkable.

Judge Thomas Reavley passed away peacefully at his home last night. During his 99 years, Judge Reavley earned the love, respect, and affection of those who had the privilege of knowing him. Judge Thomas Morrow Reavley, a native of Quitman, Texas, devoted his life to public service.
